On April 14, 2024, Techvision announced the release of the edge computing device TVD3363R, which is based on the RK3568J processor. The TVD3363R utilizes the domestically produced RK3568 processor, enabling complex AI computing tasks such as deep learning and image processing at the edge, and it is widely used in various application scenarios including smart manufacturing, intelligent transportation, smart energy, and smart agriculture. This brings new innovative possibilities to the commercial IoT smart terminal field.
The RK3588 is a high-performance AI processor launched by the leading domestic AIoT SoC chip manufacturer, Rockchip. Building upon this, Techvision developed a high-performance edge computing server that not only provides built-in 1TOPS computing power extendable to 6TOPS, but also offers Ethernet, Wi-Fi, 4G/5G network connectivity, as well as LoRa, NB-IoT, USB, RS232 and RS485 interfaces. It features a built-in Linux open-source system with the capability for users to define its functions and install required application software.
As an edge computing product, TVD3363R possesses strong data processing and analysis capabilities, enabling nearby completion of data storage, computation, and decision-making at the device end, meeting the demands for real-time and privacy in IoT, smart home, and smart security applications, providing intelligent and efficient edge computing solutions for smart terminal devices.
Previously, Techvision successfully integrated the domestic UOS operating system with the RK3588, applied to self-designed and manufactured laptops. As Techvision continues to release more consumer electronics and smart terminal products based on domestic processors and operating systems, its localization strategy will continue to expand, further consolidating its leading position in the smart terminal product field.
